Located in Seda, in the municipality of Alter do Chão, our cottages are just a few minutes from the village, where you can explore local restaurants and shops. A little further away, Ponte de Sor offers even more options to enhance your stay. But the truth is, once you arrive here, everything invites you to stay.

 

Nestled on a private farm spanning about 58 hectares, the Casinhas de Santo António are surrounded by vast olive groves of the Arbosana variety, where time seems to slow down. It’s a working farm, where you can experience country life in its purest form—tractors pass by, cows graze peacefully, and there’s even a very special companion: Elvis, our faithful and friendly Australian Border Collie. The pond, essential during the driest months, reflects the sky and adds even more beauty to the surrounding landscape.

 

Here, we offer something rare: peace, silence, and tranquility.

 

Our six cottages are designed to offer comfort and simplicity in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Each is a self-contained unit measuring approximately 65m², equipped with a double bed, two single beds, a kitchenette with essential utensils, and a bathroom with a shower. Accommodating up to four people, they are ideal for families but open to anyone seeking a special getaway.

 

They feature air conditioning and Wi-Fi access in the cottage area, ensuring a balance between relaxation and convenience. All bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are included, so you’ll have everything you need during your stay.

 

When you wake up, we leave fresh bread at your door every morning (except Sundays and holidays)—a small gesture that makes all the difference. For those who wish, there’s also the option to order a full breakfast upon prior request, which must be made at least 24 hours before your check-in date to ensure the availability of the items.

 

Outside, the experience continues. The saltwater pool, heated by solar panels and measuring 16 meters long by 6.5 meters wide, invites you to take leisurely dips, including a shallow area for children. Each cottage features its own Balinese bed, perfect for relaxing in the shade. There’s also a common area with a barbecue, ideal for sharing meals and making memories—we provide everything you need, from charcoal to the essentials for lighting the fire.

 

Your arrival is simple and stress-free: check-in is completely contactless, with access codes sent on the day of your arrival. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, allowing you to manage your time comfortably.

 

To preserve the tranquility and intimate atmosphere of the farm, outside visitors and pets are not permitted.
